Why can't I book online?

Due to the contracts that we have with airlines to acquire these exclusive fares, FlyEliteClass cannot offer direct online booking. But we do guarantee that our service will be convenient for you and our fares will be the lowest that you will find.
Where are the flight details when I do a flight search?

Our exclusive contracts with the airlines prevent us from disclosing the full itinerary or identities of the airline carriers online. You can contact our agents who will provide you with this information upon request.
How are your rates so low?

FlyEliteClass negotiates with wholesalers and major consolidators for exclusive contracts and discounted business and first class flights that are unavailable through the airlines or other travel agencies. We pass the savings on to you with our low rates and cheap business flights.
Can I change/cancel my flight?

No problem! Almost every first and business class ticket booked through FlyEliteClass can be canceled without additional fees from us and we can find a new flight for you if needed. If a rare circumstance prevents us from changing or canceling a flight, we will notify you before booking. All credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Can I accrue mileage?

Absolutely, it’s your flight so it’s your mileage. In the rare case that some discounted first or business class flights are not eligible for mileage, FlyEliteClass will alert you of this in advance.
